The end of a quest...

 

My previous post (Sunday, December 13, 2009) generated a lot of interest. But we never found a crochet version of this stitch.

But when I saw this pattern in 101 Designer One-Skein Wonders, by Margaret Halas, I knew I had to knit it up! So here we have the Cross-Stitch Scarf! I think it is a great choice for this yarn (one of my very favourites).

Here is Posh Yarn's Emily, hand-dyed in colourway "Elephant."
